Injury Prevention
Our injury prevention programs are designed for the client who may or may not have a solid fitness base and has a history of multiple injuries, chronic pain, and decreased function due to past injuries.

The goal of this type of training is to decrease risk factors like strength imbalances, flexibility limitations, coordination, control, etc. By addressing these factors we improve your ability to resist forces that may cause you injury and help you to adapt to changing environmental factors that lead to injury.

A typical injury prevention session may address:
  • Recurring pain that increases with activity
  • Improving functional capacity to allow you to return to normal sport activity.
  • Strength and coordination in the lower or upper extremity following injury or surgery.
  • Resolve postural and mechanical deviations before returning to normal activity
